Vitamin Injection Academy reserves the right to refuse enrolment if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. COURSE PURCHASE & PAYMENT

  • All course purchases are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Access to training materials will only be provided once payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
     

4. COURSE DELIVERY

  • All courses are delivered as online, theory-based training only.

  • Training manuals and course instructions will be delivered electronically.

  • Where applicable, access details and questionnaire links will be provided via email or PDF.

  • Delivery timeframes (if not instant access) will be stated clearly at checkout.
     

Vitamin Injection Academy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues outside our control.
 

5. ASSESSMENT & CERTIFICATION

  • Certification is issued only upon successful completion of the course questionnaire or assessment.

  • All submitted questionnaires are subject to review.

  • Certification does not replace practical training in intramuscular injection techniques.

  • It remains the learner’s responsibility to ensure they are insured and legally permitted to provide treatments.
     

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Due to the nature of digital course materials, refunds are not available once access to training materials has been issued.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing materials, please contact us for support.

  • Bundle purchases are subject to the same refund policy.
     

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All course materials, manuals, PDFs, assessments, and website content remain the intellectual property of Vitamin Injection Academy.

  • Materials must not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, or reproduced without written consent.

  • Any unauthorised distribution of course content may result in legal action.
     

8. LIABILITY
