These Course Terms of Use apply to all online training courses provided by Vitamin Injection Academy. By purchasing or accessing any course materials, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Training

All courses provided by Vitamin Injection Academy are delivered as online, theory-based training only.

Our courses:

  • Provide theoretical knowledge relating to intramuscular vitamin injections.

  • Include training manuals and questionnaire-based assessments.

  • Do not provide practical, hands-on training.

Completion of any course does not replace formal practical training in intramuscular injection techniques.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By enrolling on a course, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are already trained and competent in intramuscular (IM) injection techniques.

  • You understand this course is not suitable for beginners without prior IM training.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you hold appropriate professional insurance before offering any treatments.

Vitamin Injection Academy reserves the right to refuse or revoke course access if these requirements are not met.

3. Course Access & Delivery

  • Course materials are delivered electronically via email or digital download.

  • Access instructions and questionnaire links are provided within the course PDF or confirmation email.

  • Access may be granted instantly or within the timeframe stated at checkout.

  • It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided at purchase.
     

We are not responsible for technical issues outside of our control, including internet failures or incorrect email details.
 

4. Assessment & Certification

  • Certification is issued only upon successful completion of the course questionnaire or assessment.

  • All assessments are subject to review.

  • Vitamin Injection Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where answers do not demonstrate adequate understanding.
     

Certification confirms completion of theory-based training only.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including:

  • Training manuals

  • PDFs

  • Questionnaires

  • Course content

  • Branding and written materials

remain the intellectual property of Vitamin Injection Academy.

Course materials must not be:

  • Shared

  • Copied

  • Distributed

  • Resold

  • Uploaded to third-party platforms
     

Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our training materials:

  • Refunds are not available once course materials have been issued or accessed.

  • Bundle purchases are subject to the same refund policy.

7. Professional Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the learner to:

  • Ensure they are appropriately trained in IM injection techniques.

  • Ensure they are insured to carry out treatments.

Vitamin Injection Academy accepts no liability for treatments carried out by learners following completion of training.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vitamin Injection Academy shall not be held responsible for:

  • Misuse of course information.

  • Improper administration of injections.

  • Adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from treatments.

  • Loss of income, business interruption, or indirect damages.
     

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
